Day 01: Arrive Kozhikode - Palakkad (132 Kms/3.5 hrs)
Upon arrival meet & assistance at Kozhikode Airport. Later drive to Pallakad.
Palakkad is famous for its Ayurvedic treatments and offers a plethora of massages to soothe your body, mind and soul.

Kalpathy Temple, Palakkad
Day 02: Palakkad
Morning visit of Kalpathy Temple, situated 3 km form Palakkad, the Vishwanatha Swamy shrine is the oldest Shiva temple. The annual chariot temple is a gala event. The annual 'Ratholsavam' or Chariot Festival at Sri Viswanantha Swamy temple lasts for seven days.
Rest of the day to be spent your way at your own pace at fascinating Palakkad.

Day 03: Palakkad - Thrissur (65 Kms/2 hrs)
Morning you will proceed for Thrissur. Upon arrival proceed for check-in to your hotel.
Thrissur is known as the 'Cultural Capital of Kerala' because its cultural, spiritual and religious leanings towards history.

Afternoon proceed for visit to lord Krishna's Guruvayoor temple. Guruvayoor, the most scared and prominent Pilgrimage center of Kerala, where famous lord Krishna's temple is situated. According to local faith the temples was created by Guru, the preceptor of "Vayu"- the god of winds. Only Hindus are permitted to enter within the premises of temple. Ganapathy, Sree Ayyappa and Edathedathy Kavil Bhagavathy are also worshiped here. Guruvayoor Temple, a historic temple which significantly wrapped in rich culture and tradition of Kerala.
Come back to your hotel after the tour.
Overnight in Thrissur
Day 04: Thrissur - Cochin (85 Kms/3 hrs)
After leisurely breakfast at hotel, you will drive to Cochin. Upon arrival proceed for check-in to hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure.
Cochin - the palm green commercial town of Kerala has one of the finest natural harbours in the world. A town with a hoary past, Cochin is the gateway to Kerala.

Day 05: Cochin
After breakfast you will transfer to city tour of Cochin.

Jewish Synagogue, Cochin
Visit the
Jewish Synagogue - built in 1568 AD contains Grand Scrolls of the Old Testament and the copper plates containing the privileges granted to the Jews by the Cochin rulers. The floor of the synagogue is paved with exquisite Chinese hand painted tiles. The Dutch Palace was built by the Portuguese and presented to the Cochin Raja in 1555 AD. 17th century murals depicting scenes from the Indian epic, the Ramayana can be seen here. St Francis Church, built originally by the Portuguese in 1510 AD is believed to be the first church built by Europeans in India. Vasco da Gama was originally buried here. The Chinese fishing nets can be seen at the entrance of the harbour. The Chinese through trade contact taught this technique of catching fish.
Evening transfer for Kathkali dance show
Kathkali - 'Katha' means story and 'Kali' means dance. As the name suggests Kathakali is a beautiful amalgamation of dance and drama. More precisely, Kathakali is a harmonious blend of five forms of art namely, Sahithyam (literature), Sangeetham (music), Chithram (painting), Natyam (acting) and Nritham (dance). 'Total Theatre' is the word often used to describe this highly evolved art.

Day 06: Cochin - Kovalam (213 Kms/05 hrs)
Morning you will drive to Kovalam. Upon arrival in Kovalam proceed to hotel for check in.
Kovalam is a sheltered bay endowed with unusual beauty, located on the magnificent Arabian sea coast. This natural bay is a safe sea-pool, free from high waves and surges. The 30 kms drive from the Tiruvanantapuram airport to the beach through groves of palms is refreshing. It is an ideal place to swim, sunbathe and perhaps enjoy the ancient rites of an Ayurvedic massage and oil bath.

Day 07: Kovalam - Kanyakumari - Kovalam (80 Kms/2 hrs one way)
Morning proceed for full-day excursion tour of Kanyakumari remains one of the most popular tourist destinations of south India. Located in the southernmost point of the Indian mainland, it is a magnificent place of natural beauty where you can see the deep blue waters of the ocean meeting the horizon. This southernmost town of Tamil Nadu is an important attraction for the tourists.

The important sightseeing there as follows:
The famous Vivekananda Rock Memorial, which protrudes into the ocean is one of the most visited attractions. Regular ferry services to the famous rocks where Swami Vivekananda meditated, are available.
Another famous monument is the Gandhi Memorial, built over the spot where the urn containing the ashes of Mahatma Gandhi was kept for public viewing before immersing them in the waters. The architecture of the memorial resembles an Orissa temple.
The Kumari Amman or the Kanyakumari Temple, located on the shore is dedicated to Goddess Parvati. Other famous temples in and around the town are Alvar Tirunagari Temple dedicated to Lord Adinatha, where saint Namalvar attained enlightenment under a tree; Temple of Goddess Bhagavati and the Temple at Suchindram.
Although Kanyakumari Beach isn't safe for swimming, the spectacular stretches of sands and the amazing sunrise and sunset views are the reasons enough to draw tourists.
After the beautiful sunset views you will drive back to Kovalam.

Day 08: Kovalam - Trivandrum - Kovalam
Today you will proceed for excursion tour of Trivandrum. Places to visit in the city as under:
Sri Padmanabh Swamy Temple (Trivandrum) is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. The temple is a great example of Dravadian style, an awe-inspiring structure. It has 100 feet high "gopuram" , a famous place of Mural Painting and stone carving, ranked among one of the 108 temples dedicated to Lord Vishnu in India.
Dating back to 1880, the Napier Museum building is a combination of the Kerala, Mughal, Chinese and Italian architectural styles. The building has a unique natural air-conditioning system. A visit to this museum gives you glimpses of Kerala's rich cultural heritage. The museum has an excellent collection of bronzes, historic ornaments, ivory carvings and chariots, and life-size figures of the Kathakali dancers in full costume.
The Sri Chitra Art Gallery houses paintings from the Mughal, Rajput and Tanjore schools of art. Besides these, the gallery has a rare collection of paintings by Raja Ravi Varma, Svetoslav and Nicholas Roerich. An Oriental collection consisting of paintings from China, Japan, Tibet and Bali are a visual treat to the visitor.
The Government Observatory is located on a hill opposite the Kanakakunnu Palace. It is an interesting attraction worth a visit. The terrace of this Observatory offers you a fascinating view of the city.

Day 10: Kovalam - Trivandrum - Depart (Normal check-out is 1200 Hrs)
Today on time you will be transferred to Trivandrum airport to board the flight for onward journey.
